ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for any Union Elite Basketball program, camp, tryout, or training session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all participants, parents, and guardians who access or use our programs and website.

REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Registration for Union Elite Basketball programs is open to eligible participants as defined by the age and grade requirements of each specific program. All players, including returning players, are required to complete a tryout or evaluation process before being accepted into any program. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

FEES AND PAYMENT

All program, camp, and tryout fees are outlined on the applicable registration page. Fees are collected securely through Stripe. An additional processing fee may apply. Union Elite Basketball Academy does not store credit card or debit card information on our servers.

Payment plans may be available for select programs. Where payment plans are offered, the full commitment is due regardless of attendance or voluntary withdrawal from the program after the registration deadline has passed.

REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@unionelitebasketball.com to discuss your circumstances. Union Elite Basketball reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds.

CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect, discipline, and integrity at all times, consistent with the Union Elite Basketball Court, Class, and Culture philosophy. Union Elite Basketball reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is determined to be detrimental to the program, other participants, coaches, or staff.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

Union Elite Basketball reserves the right to photograph and record video and audio during all programs, camps, tryouts, and events. This media may be used for promotional purposes across digital and print platforms. Participants and their families are asked to confirm their consent to this through the media release on the registration form.

WEBSITE USE

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Union Elite Basketball makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website or our programs at any time without notice.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Union Elite Basketball reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of our programs or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
